Did you have a look at what there is on this site regarding products which have milk or milk products in them? Click on Food Ideas at the top.
I understand that Chinese people are intolerant of cow's milk and drink an alternative. Shame you're not breast feeding you would have avoided this. Some people are tolerant of goat's milk but not cow's and can also eat yoghurt. Many babies never go on to cow's milk after breast milk. You don't need milk for calcium. If you make your own food then you will know and have no problem.

My son is lactose intolerant and my daughter was when she was a baby. My daughter also went on SMA lactose free milk and is now growing up to be a healthy intelligent child!
My son's lactose intolerance is complicated but it basically means he can eat no dairy products regardless of whether they originate from a cow, sheep or goat. He uses soya alternatives and most supermarkets stock ready made lactose free products, all of which he uses. Try a Gogle search on lactose intolerance - it will throw up lots of useful sites, which will advise or sell you things.

Hi, i'mlactose intolerant myself, and it is difficult to find products that are lactose free, it probably won't be too much of a problem when your baby is young but if they are still intolerant when they get older you have to b extremely careful, foreample most flavourings in crisps have milk proteins (and therefore lactose) in.
