There isn’t much better than a Sunday roast. Or a Tuesday roast. Or any roast really. And something that can heighten a roast even further is stuffing. Most of our stuffing is made of sage and onion, but there are also other choices such as apple and vegetarian alternatives. But we aim for them all to be delicious. 

Then there’s the question of what meat you have with your roast. You could stuff a whole chicken. This should add something delicious and filling to your traditional dinner. Or you could go a bit out there, and stuff some roast duck. This should help soak up some of the rich taste of the poultry. You can find some options in our duck, game, and venison range. 

However, despite the name, you don’t have to stuff anything in order to enjoy this delightful foodstuff. Throw it on as one of your sides alongside a beef roasting joint for a gorgeous combination. Add to this some roasted potatoes and parsnips for some savoury and sweet components to your roast dinner. 

Then there is the question of whether you want gravy. We’ll leave that, and how much you want to lather your food with it, up to you.
