To Deep fry from frozen Before cooking: Preheat oil to 175°C. Carefully place a serving of Crinkle Cut Chips in the fryer basket. Lower into the oil. Do not fry too many Crinkle Cut Chips at once. Ensure fryer is never more than one third full and do not leave unattended. Fry until golden yellow and do not overcook. After cooking: Drain well before serving. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To deep fry 175°C 4 minutes
