The unique coastal conditions here produce grapes with intense fruit flavours.

Interesting new delicious winePinot Gris is a new grape variety I hadn't heard until I spotted this wine from New Zealand on Sainsbury's shelf AND I am so glad I bought a bottle a few weeks ago .I normally buy New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc but although it is similar it is more complex with tropical fruits and a splash of Riesling.This wine is a winner and great value when on offer.Another great Taste The Difference wine that Sainsbury's have introduced.If you like Sauvignon Blanc or Riesling you will love this wine.Highly recommended.

It’s… fine.Australian Pinot Gris is our white wine of choice when we visit our son in Victoria. Can’t seem to get it here, so took a chance on this NZ wine. You can certainly taste the difference - it’s not as good. I mean it’s okay, but it’s a bit thin and a bit green, with no real depth to it. All right if you have quests who like to load their wine with ice and let it melt - they won’t even notice the difference, let along taste it.

Fresh and lightBought a year or so ago and was pleasantly surprised. Finding a new (to me) grape variety is wonderfu and expands the range of wines. A fresh bouquet and very light tasting ending. I would recommend it.

Crisp light & refreshingOpened the bottle with friends sat in the garden in the sunshine. The wine was light, crisp and refreshing and very enjoyable just as drink on its own but think it would work well with fish or chicken dishes.

A good New Zealand white wineThis is a nice white wine from New Zealand with a nice fruity tang to it. It’s best served chilled straight from the fridge and it matched lovely with a salmon dish with some fresh vegetables. It also went alright with a stir fry the next evening.
