Active Folic delivers x3 greater absorption than standard folic acid. Active Folic is suitable for anyone who needs to supplement their folate intake to support normal function of the immune system, normal blood function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Active Folic is suitable pre, during and post pregnancy. Supplemental folic acid intake of 400µg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception, can help reduce the risk of neural tube defects in a developing foetus.
