Note that it is 30 of each, so don’t think you are getting 60 iron tablets. When I donate blood, my iron levels are often quite low, but after taking these tablets, my iron level was much better.

Great energy boostVery impressed by how much extra energy these have given me. So much so it has completely changed my opinion about supplement’s having been very dubious about how effective they are.
Mental performance and immune system benefits are difficult for a user to know with certainty but energy, absolutely yes! They provide good value for money as the box contains 60 tablets, a months supply when taking 2 tablets per day, one of each type.

Very pleased and would definitely use again.

Combined multivitamin and iron supplementI suffer from a rare neurological condition and was told by my GP to take Vitamin B to help with it. I have also needed to take iron in the past, so thought why not combine the two. I have to say that I am a sceptic about the benefits of taking supplements; however, upon taking these tablets daily, I did find that I seemed to have more energy. Fatigue is a symptom of my condition and I wasn't suffering like I often do. Caveat - I then got Covid! The tablets are no protection against this illness!

Noticeable benefits with no side effectsI was so impressed with Active Iron for women that I bought the men’s version for my husband. With his busy lifestyle and minimal fruit and veg intake, I felt he would benefit from these supplements. Since taking them he says he feels more energised and we like the fact that they booster the immune system, especially needed at this time of year!

The instructions state can be consumed on an empty stomach and I found this to be true. They are also gluten free so ok for anyone following that particular diet.
No problems at all with constipation, the product is designed not to cause this issue and it works as it should.
Very pleased and would definitely use again and highly recommend to others.

Didn't help, just upset stomachAfter taking these for a few days I had to stop as they were causing troubles with my stomach and so had to stop taking them. I saw no benefits from taking the tablets, so only the downside of the upset stomach.
The image of the tablets doesn't seem to match up with the size f the actual tablets, with one being much bigger and one much smaller than seems on the box.

Active iron supplement for active menEasy to swallow, one of each tablet per day. One tablet is a multivitamin and minerals and the other is a capsule containing an iron compound. I felt no better or worse for taking the tablets, they are extraordinarily expensive to buy. I can't really see how the price point is justified. It's quite a large box, overpackaged for the 60 tablets & capsules contained within.
