Created in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a visionary physician and homeopath who believed that emotional balance is the foundation of good health. RESCUE Night® combines the original five Bach™ Flower remedies with the addition of White Chestnut, traditionally used to help quiet a busy mind and support natural rest.
Each remedy is still hand-prepared in Oxfordshire, England, from flowers grown in Dr Bach’s original gardens, exactly as he intended.
