Care and use
• Use with wooden, nylon or silicone utensils only. Metal utensils will damage the non-stick coating
• Lightly grease before use
• Oven safe to 230°C/ 450°F/ Gas mark 8
• Wash before use
• Hand wash only
• Always dry thoroughly before storing
• Allow to cool before washing. Remove stubborn stains with a nylon scouring pad
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal scourers, this may damage the surface
