Preparation and Safety

Directions for use*: Adults and children 12+: Take up to 4 capsules a day, with food. Children 3-11 years: Give 1-2 capsules daily, with food. When taking antibiotics or travelling: Take 4 capsules a day. Continue for 2 weeks once your antibiotics course finishes and 1 week after you return from travelling. Or get boosted! Bio-Kult AdvancedI’d never tried anything like these before so was a little unsure!!
Actually I’d did notice quite a difference after using Bio-Kult. My stomach was definitely less bloated and less gassy.I also felt like my stomach was healthier. They also seemed to help me go to the loo more regularly.

Not the best result I was expectingI did 30 days on this product no change in my own stomach problems was trying to fix issues caused by SSRI medication (diarrhoea) sadly this didn't touch it. The only thing to help was getting off the medication. It's a great product and worth a try as everyone is different and has different diets.

No extra irritation to my symptoms or side effects, very easy to swallow with water

Seems to work well despite some initial upsetBeing honest, I probably drink too much alcohol and eat the wrong foods, so it was about time for an MOT of my gut to kick start a happy and healthier me, and this seems to have worked! The first few days were interesting (I’ll spare the details) but since having started this initial batch I do feel much better! Some bizarre and unexpected side effects too - whether or not these were intended, psychosomatic or just coincidental I’ve no idea, but my hayfever and asthma seem to have settled to levels far better than normal at this time of year, so I’ll keep it up and see how it goes! My advice - give it a try and see how you get on! It can’t hurt…!

Extra everyday care for your gutDaily supplement for enhancing your live friendly gut bacteria. This type you get 30 capsules and can take them daily. It helps me to encourage good gut health. I don't each much fermented food that is good for adding this naturally so I like to think I'm finding a good workaround to eating kimchi!

Not too sureGave this a full month to see if it showed any improvement to my acid reflux. Sadly, it didn't
However, they did make me more regular, which i guess is what they are primarily for.

I think i'll be sticking to drinking bio yoghurt so at least i'll get the enjoyment from that.

Not impressed!I used the whole box of Bio Kult - Bio Kult Advanced 30’s pills and have noticed little to no difference in my digestive system output as such. I would not recommend as the rrp is more expensive when compared to similar products on the market.

Bio KultI decided to try Bio-Kult Live bacteria capsules as I have Gastroenteritus recently and been on antibiotics. I have been taking them for the last week so it's bit early to see any results. They are easy to swallow capsules so no problem swallowing. I will continue to use them in the hope my stomach goes back to normal
