Regional information: All our grapes come from California - more precisely in the case of our Pinot Grigio, from the valley vineyards of California, where the climate is cooler due to the influence from the Sacramento delta.
Vinification: The grapes are sourced from valley vineyards throughout California, the warm days bring ripe fruit and the cooler nights help us maintain the acidity. The wine is rested in stainless steel before bottling, to maintain it's refreshing style.
