Flexible reliefAs a snorer i try to reduce the noise. These little straps are very good with adhesion, if you follow the instructions. Being beige they do not stand out. I feel they hold my nostrils open and assist with better breathing.

Light snorersAt first I thought they worked but my partner highly disagrees. I'm not the loudest snorer but loud enough to keep her awake at night. I've tried doubling them up too. Sometimes when I wake up one side of the strip has peeled away leaving a nostril exposed. Has caused me to have a couple spots grow right where I put the strip.
