Preparation and Safety

STEP 1 - BEFORE COLOURING: Remember to be colour safe and always do your patch test 48 hours before use, even if you have already used colouring products before. Please follow the instruction leaflet and read the safety information. STEP 2 - PREP: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on the gloves. Open the colouring bottle and pour it entirely into the developer bottle. Close with the applicator tip and shake it to obtain a completely even mixture. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid bursting and damage from the product over flowing. STEP 3 - APPLY COLOUR: Part your hair into small, even sections and apply the colour. Refer to instructions for development time. Apply conditioner and then rinse thoroughly.

AwfulI have been using this colour for 10 years and it’s been lovely. You have now changed it. It is so thick and difficult to get it all out of the bottle.
The colour has turned out awful. It just looks flat and definitely not very golden.

Unhappy with this productThere was trouble from the start: it was difficult to squeeze the colourant into the bottle before mixing. Also, the product is advertised as non-drip, yet it did drip, and stained a towel. These are minor matters, however; the end result was not as I expected. The colour was nothing like the photo on the packet; it came out much darker, duller and browner (my hair colour previously was light golden blonde, and I only really needed to cover grey roots). Such a disappointment - and right before attending a long-awaited social event!

Used this for yearsCan’t understand the reviews on here. I’ve been using the 9.3 for years. Leaves my hair in superb condition and a very natural golden blonde. It is so natural looking giving a multi tonal effect. I get loads of compliments on my hair. Easy to use and reasonably priced.

Blonde is Orange ?Just used this product. Natural light Golden Blonde turns out to be ORANGE ??? If I wanted to become a redhead I would have searched for that. I usually like L'oreal products but this is definitely NOT one of them! Do not try this if you expect blonde result !!!

Hair ColorI dyed my previous treated Salon hair Color which was Blonde, Black and gold. It had been over a year so I decided to use a box dye! A Bad choice! It Doesn't completely cover gray hairs, I only have a few and when I Colored my hair, it came out a Copper Orange Color, I dont like it at all!! If you a PROPER COLOR, Go to the Hair Salon and get it done!!
