History: Formed in 2012, MGGC now comprises of 87 grower families with 115 individual vineyard blocks.
Regional information: Marlborough, New Zealand. Combination of the Wairau, Waihopai, Omaka, and Awatere Valleys.
Vinification: Grapes from 3-25-year-old vines were machine-harvested between 20 March and 14 April 2025. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks using multiple yeast strains at 10-15°C for 10-14 days, with no malolactic fermentation. The wine was matured on lees for 3 months with stirring and no oak influence. Minimal fining with bentonite was used, followed by crossflow and sterile membrane filtration. Cold stabilisation was achieved by chilling to -3°C.
