Château d’Esclans, is situated in the heart of Provence, northeast of St. Tropez overlooking the Esclans Valley. Château d’Esclans vision was to create the greatest rosés in the world igniting the “Rosé Renaissance”. This led to the creation of a world class rosé portfolio including The Pale, Whispering Angel, Rock Angel, Château d’Esclans, Les Clans, and Garrus: a new generation of rosés characterised by elegance, depth, richness and complexity.

History: Wine has been made here for over 2600 years, making Provence the oldest wine producing region of France.
Regional information: This historic region sits along the Mediterranean coast of France, bordered by the Rhone River to the west and the Côte d'Azur on the east.Côtes de Provence is the biggest producer in the region with about 75% of wine production (of which 89% is Rosé), this region is also the most diverse.
Vinification: 70% Mechanical harvest, 30% Hand picking and manual sorting Grapes are destemmed, sorted by optical sorting, cooled at around 8°C, and pressed Must are settled 24 hours before racking Alcoholic fermentation: 67% in stainless steel at 16°C, 23% in demi-muids (600 litre French oak barrels, at 16°C with Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Stabilization at 10°C before racking 6 Months ageing.
