Cooking instructions: Barbeque

To barbecue. Cook from chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, cooking temperatures and weather conditions. Place burgers on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high heat gas BBQ following manufacturers instructions. Turn frequently and cook until evenly browned with light charring. After cooking check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Cooking instructions: Oven

To pan fry and oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Preheat frying pan to a moderate heat. During cooking: Pan fry burgers in a dry frying pan for 3 minutes on each side. Remove burgers from the pan, place on a baking tray, loosely cover with foil and cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 18 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
