Cooking instructions: Other
To air fry from chilled. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a whole pack. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and wrap and place Camembert in the wooden dish. Set the glaze sachet to one side. Cut a 5cm cross on top of the Camembert and place in the air fryer compartment. During cooking: Cook for 18 minutes. Remove from air fryer and peel back the corners of the Camembert rind. Take care as the cheese will be hot. Open the sachet and spread the glaze evenly over the surface of the cheese. Return to the air fryer for a further 2 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Air fry from chilled 180°C 20 mins
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be cooked in the air fryer. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and wrap and place Camembert in the wooden dish. Set the glaze sachet to one side. Cut a 5cm cross on top of the Camembert and place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and peel back the corners of the Camembert rind. Take care as the cheese will be hot. Open the sachet and spread the glaze evenly over the surface of the cheese. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 30 mins
