Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove joint from the packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 200°C. Brush the joint with 5ml of oil and season with salt and pepper. During cooking: Sear all sides of the joint in a hot pan for 5 minutes. Place the joint in a roasting dish and place in the centre of the preheated oven. Cooking time for rare is 4 minutes per 100g, medium is 6 minutes per 100g and well done is 9 minutes per 100g. After cooking: Remove from oven, cover joint in foil and leave to rest for 20 minutes. This product should be cooked until piping hot throughout. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 7 6 minutes per 100g

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
