Serving Instructions: Crème Fraîche mousse: Open pot and mix until smooth. Smoked Salmon: Open pack cut into 24 pieces. Assembly: Divide the crème fraîche mousse evenly over the 24 blinis. Place a piece of smoked salmon on top.

Oven heat from chilled Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging. Place blini onto a baking tray. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf. After cooking: Remove carefully and allow to stand for 2 mins before serving on a plate. Oven heat from chilled 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 4 mins
