Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place the sauce pouch to one side. Open turkey thigh pouch and discard any cooking juices. Transfer thigh into an ovenproof dish ensuring skin side up. Loosely cover with foil and cook on the middle shelf of the oven for 20 minutes. During cooking: Remove dish from the oven and reduce oven temperature to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Carefully open sauce pouch and distribute the sauce around the thigh. Return to the oven for the final 35 minutes. Keep inside the oven for additional 5 minutes for thicker sauce and crispier skin. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. To serve, pull the turkey apart with two forks to shred. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cooked from chilled 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 55 mins
