INGREDIENTS: British Pork (76%), Spiced Maple and Cranberry Glaze (16%) (Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Concentrated Cranberry Juice, Cornflour, Salt, Cinnamon Powder, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Nutmeg, Cloves), Water, Salt, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate; Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.
Made using only outdoor bread British pork from RSPCA Assured Certified Farms
Cooking instructions: Oven
To oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove product from box and place glaze sachet to one side. Decant gammon joint with cooking juices into an ovenproof dish. Place the dish on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 35 minutes. During cooking: Remove from oven and carefully drain the cooking juices. Open sachet of glaze and pour over gammon joint. Return to oven and cook for the final 10 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cooked from chilled 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 45 mins
