In 1919 while at Bar Casoni in Florence, Count Camillo Negroni asked that the bartender strengthen his favorite cocktail, the Americano, by replacing the usual soda water with gin and the Negroni cocktail was born. Our negroni stays true to this classic recipe, just as you would get in a good cocktail bar.
