  • 397g Carnation Condensed Milk
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 200g Shortcrust Pastry
  • 20 cm Deep Pie Dish

Step by step guide to making Baked Apple and Blackberry Tart

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C with fan) Gas mark 4. Slice the apples into wedges and scatter on a lined baking tray. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 8 minutes.
2. Line the greased pie dish with pastry. Arrange the apple slices and blackberries evenly over the pastry.
3. Whisk the Carnation Condensed milk and the eggs together and pour over the apples and blackberries to fill the pastry case
4. Place in the centre of the oven and bake for 30 minutes until the pastry is golden and the filling is set. Allow to cool and serve.
