A bistro-style seafood tagliatelle dish that's big on gutsy flavour, but easy to make at home.

You will need

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sainsbury's crushed chillies
  • 350g tub Sainsbury's Italian tomato and basil sauce
  • 400g tin Sainsbury's Taste the Difference cherry tomatoes
  • 350g tagliatelle
  • 2 x 225g packs Sainsbury's seafood selection
  • Basil leaves, to serve

Step by step guide to making Spicy seafood pasta

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the onion, garlic and crushed chillies.
  2. Cook for a few minutes then add the tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes. Heat through.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to pack instructions. Drain.
  4. Add the seafood selection to the tomato sauce to heat through then toss with the cooked pasta until coated.
  5. Divide between bowls and serve garnished with a few fresh basil leaves.
