- 500g minced beef
- 1 egg
- 50g Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 30g breadcrumbs
- Salt, to season
- Black pepper, to taste

- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Divide into five equal pieces and form into burgers.
- Place into the fridge for half an hour to firm up.
