With the increased demand that we are seeing, you may notice an increase in the number of substitutions within your order. While we are working hard to get you exactly what you have ordered, there will be times where we have to give you the best alternative that we have available.  

If we've not quite found a perfect match then please let our driver know when they arrive so that any unwanted products can be removed before we hand them over to you.

Email updates

We’ll send you an email notification on the day, clearly listing the original item and replacement product. 

Product Returns

We are now accepting returns on the doorstep for standard home deliveries. So if we've not quite found a perfect match then please let our driver know when they arrive so that any unwanted products can be removed before we hand them over to you. 

We will process a full refund for these goods within 5 working days. 

What if my substitution is more expensive?

If your substition is more expensive than what you ordered, we’ll give you a voucher for the difference to use on your next shop. Read the full terms & conditions

For example, you’ve ordered a can of by Sainsbury’s tomatoes for 35p, we’ve replaced them with a can of Taste the Difference tomatoes for 80p, you’ll get a voucher for 45p. So you won’t be out of pocket.
