1. This Promotion is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

2. Purchase of any Oral-B Pro-Expert toothpaste is required to enter the promotion.

3. Entrants can only enter once from the same mobile number. Standard rates apply. No bulk or third party entries accepted.

4. To enter, purchase any Oral-B Pro-Expert toothpaste from a Sainsbury’s store in the UK (or on-line at http://www.sainsburys.co.uk) between the offer dates of 3rd January 2018 and 16th January 2018 and retain proof of purchase (i.e. a till receipt or on-line order confirmation). Then text “PROEXPERT” to 81222 before the offer closing date of 23:59 on 16th January 2018. You will receive a series of texts acknowledging your entry and advising where full T&Cs can be found. You will not be charged for incoming texts. Winners will be asked to submit proof of purchase to claim their prize.

5. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete or delayed. Proof of sent SMS is not proof of delivery.

6. Valid entries received by 23.59 on 16th January 2018 will be entered into a Prize Draw and the first 50 entries randomly selected by an independent person will each win a Fitbit Alta HR™.

7. Winners will be notified by telephone within 15 working days of the promotion closing date and if not available a message will be left. To claim their prize, the winner will be asked to submit proof of purchase (i.e. a valid dated Sainsbury’s store till receipt or on-line order confirmation) showing purchase of a qualifying product (see point 2) between 3rd January 2018 and 16th January 2018. In the event a winner does not respond to the call /message with valid proof of purchase and/or confirm acceptance of the prize to the Promoter within 10 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of a valid prize claim being received.

9. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete or delayed.

10. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. Only one prize will be awarded per household.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.

12. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

13. By participating in this Promotion, the winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion and to images and text entry being used for publicity or promotional purposes including, and not limited to, websites, social media, magazine or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.
