Eligibility

  1. The promotion is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Republic of Ireland (ROI) residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Danone Limited, their immediate families or anyone else connected with this promotion.
  2. By entering this promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any stage, in exceptional circumstances. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or entrants whose conduct or content is inappropriate.  

Entry

  1. The promotion opens on 26.01.15 and closes on 15.07.15 at 23:59. All prize claims and the verification process (as described in paragraph 9 of these terms and conditions) must be completed within these dates (Promotional Period).
  2. To enter, buy a promotional pack of Actimel (promotion runs across x8 and x12 selected promotional Multipacks only).  Peel back the lid of the individual bottles found within the promotional packs. If the reverse of your foil lids shows a black Actimel bottle shaped alarm clock icon then this means you have won a £10,000 (or €12,500 in the ROI) cash prize.  
  3. In addition to the entry method detailed at paragraph 4 above: Northern Ireland residents can also enter via sending a stamped addressed envelope to Actimel Win At Breakfast, c/o HeyHuman, 40 Vanston Place, London, SW6 1AX, UK. Upon receipt of a no purchase necessary postal application, the agency managing this promotion (HeyHuman) will purchase one promotional 8 pack at random and open the bottles within the pack. Applicants will then be advised by post as to whether there was a winning lid in their pack or not.

Winner claims and redemption

  1. There will be a total of 5 (five) prizes available to be won over the course of the Promotional Period. Each of the 5 winning foil lids will be randomly seeded into the promotional packs of Actimel.
  2. Each prize is 1 x £10,000 (1 x €12,500 in the ROI) cash prize (payable by BACS), only payable to the name as per the claim form. Only 1 (one) prize can be claimed per person.
  3.  Consumers that reveal a winning foil lid will need to complete a prize claim and verification process before their prize is fulfilled.

Prize claim and verification process is as follows:

  1. Winners must call 0808 144 9451 from the UK (Freephone from landlines) or 1850 200 300 from ROI (LoCall) in order to claim their cash prize. Additional details will need to be supplied during this call in order to verify their win. Winners must provide their name, address, date of birth, phone number, retailer & store in which the winning pack was purchased. They will also need to quote a 8-digit code that will be printed on the reverse of the winning lid as proof of their win.  Additional details printed on the top of the lid will also need to be provided in order to verify a claim. These being all the numbers and letters on the top of the lid. 
  2. Following this initial verification process, winners will then need to send in their winning lid to: Actimel Win At Breakfast, c/o HeyHuman, 40 Vanston Place, London, SW6 1AX, UK. Winners are strongly advised to send in their lids via Royal Mail signed for delivery, registered post or similar secure delivery services. The cost of which will be covered by the promoter upon verification of a successful claim, and will be reimbursed along with the prize money payment. Once the winning lid has been received (no later than the closing date) and cross referenced with the winner’s initial prize claim details (as per paragraph 9a), the winner will be re-contacted by phone in order to obtain their bank details for the account they would like the prize monies deposited in to. Winners should receive their prizes no later than 6 weeks after the promotion has ended. Without ALL of the necessary information stated above, the prize will be not fulfilled. Winners must respond with all information within 28 days of their initial call described at paragraph 9a, and in any event no later than the closing date.
  3. If for any reason, none/not all 5 prizes are claimed by participants by the closing date, then there will be no additional winning lids printed.

 The winners

  1. If winners do not respond in full to the verification requirements or are not in a position to accept the prize, or are ineligible, the Promoter may at its absolute discretion withdraw that prize entitlement.
  2. Winners agree to participate in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activity.

General

  1. The names and counties of the winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Actimel Win At Breakfast, c/o HeyHuman, 40 Vanston Place, London, SW6 1AX, UK within 3 months of the end of the promotional period. Alternatively they will be available from winatbreakfast@heyhuman.com for a period not longer than 3 months from the end of the promotional period.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if entries/foil lids are lost or not received or delayed. Proof of sending will not be taken as proof of receipt.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable. 
  4. The Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising out of this promotion except in cases of personal injury or death resulting from its own negligence.
  5. Unless entrants have consented otherwise, entrants’ personal data will only be used by the Promoter (and the Promoter’s promotional partners) for the purposes of running this promotion.
  6. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in the UK.
