Full Terms and Conditions 2015
The Voucher entitles holder to ONE FREE CHILD ENTRY per Voucher and per full paying adult.
1. If the holder of the Voucher buys a fully priced Adult entrance ticket at the Attraction entrance to Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort (“Chessington”), THORPE PARK Resort, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Warwick Castle, Madame Tussauds London or Blackpool, The London, York, Edinburgh or Blackpool Tower Dungeons, (“The Dungeons”), The Blackpool Tower Eye or The Blackpool Tower Circus (“The Blackpool Tower Attractions”), LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Manchester, SEA LIFE Bray, SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries in the UK (Birmingham, Great Yarmouth, Loch Lomond, Weymouth, Blackpool, Gweek, Oban, Brighton, Manchester, Scarborough and Hunstanton) (“SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries”), SEA LIFE London Aquarium or Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Tower, then s/he may take with him/her ONE CHILD who will enter the same Attraction on the same day free of charge. Voucher excludes the following attractions: Shrek’s Adventure and the Coca-Cola London Eye. PLEASE NOTE: You cannot book online or over the phone when using your Voucher (except for the London Dungeon); in order to use the Voucher you must purchase your ticket at the Attraction entrance unless clearly stated in the terms and conditions. Voucher is not valid for use in conjunction with any other offer, concession or online/call centre booking. The Voucher has no cash value. The Voucher is automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the Voucher for value.

2. Voucher is valid UNTIL 31st December 2016. Top tip, August can be very busy at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Why not make the most of your visit at other times of the season. Please check the attraction’s operating calendar available on LEGOLAND Windsor Resort’s website. Voucher EXCLUDES the following dates: 9th October – 1st November 2015 at The Blackpool Tower Attractions (The Blackpool Tower Eye is subject to weather conditions), 23rd October – 31st October 2015 at THORPE PARK Resort, 1st - 31st August 2015 and 29th – 31st October 2015 at The London Dungeon, 30th – 31st October 2015 at The Blackpool Tower Dungeon, 31st October – 1st November 2015 at the Edinburgh Dungeon, 30th October – 2nd November 2015 at The York Dungeon and 25th December 2015 and any secondary ticketed events/hotel events/concerts at all Attractions. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING 2015 SEASON END ATTRACTION CLOSURE DATES: Chessington and the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort close on 2nd November 2015, the Alton Towers Theme Park and THORPE PARK Resort close on 8th November 2015. 2016 EXCLUSION DATES WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE END OF THE 2015 SEASON CHECK OPENING DATES AND TIMES BEFORE YOUR VISIT ON THE RELEVANT ATTRACTION WEBSITE. PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT BOOK ONLINE/VIA THE TELEPHONE WHEN USING YOUR VOUCHER EXCEPT FOR THE LONDON DUNGEON. ALL DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The Blackpool Tower Circus operating calendar varies throughout the year. Please check the attraction’s operating calendar on its website.

3. To avoid disappointment and guarantee entry into the London Dungeon, it is recommended you pre-book your ticket online. To do this using your Birds Eye Kids Have Fun For Free offer, visit www.thedungeons.com/london/birdseye and follow the instructions. You must present a valid Birds Eye Kids Have Fun For Free Voucher along with your pre-booked ticket at the time of your visit to the attraction. Failure to present and surrender the Voucher to admissions upon arrival will result in an additional charge for one (1) full priced standard admission for the second ticket issued.

4. The Voucher is not valid at Secondary Attractions including, but not limited to, the Castle Dungeon at Warwick Castle, LEGOLAND WINDSOR Resort Christmas events and LATES at The Dungeons. Voucher can only be used for standard entrance tickets and cannot be used for priority entrance and or Fastrack entrance at all Attractions. The Voucher is not valid for any combination tickets including, but not limited to, The Tower Ticket or The Big Ticket at The Blackpool Tower Attractions. Voucher does not entitle Early Ride Time.

5. The Voucher is not valid at the Alton Towers Hotels, Enchanted Village (Woodland Lodges, Tree Houses and Tree Top Quest), Waterpark, Spa or Golf attractions at the Alton Towers Resort, Chessington Resort Hotel, THORPE SHARK Hotel at THORPE PARK Resort or the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel - an additional cost applies. Please check each attraction’s website for additional costs.

6. The Voucher remains the property of Merlin at all times and Merlin reserves the right to take possession of the Voucher at any time. The Voucher must be presented at the Attraction entrance and surrendered. Vouchers cannot be presented on electronic devices.

7. Adult is 12 and over at the Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington and Warwick Castle. Adult is 15 and over at SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Dungeon and The Blackpool Tower Attractions. Adult is 16 and over at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Madame Tussauds London, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Tower and York and Edinburgh Dungeons.

8. Entry is free for children under 1 year of age at The Blackpool Tower Circus. Entry is free for children under 3 years of age at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester, The Edinburgh, York and Blackpool Tower Dungeons, SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Tower, Madame Tussauds Blackpool and The Blackpool Tower Eye. Entry is free for children under 4 years of age at Warwick Castle, The London Dungeon, the Alton Towers Resort and Madame Tussauds London. Visitors under 1 metre in height enter THORPE PARK Resort free of charge. Visitors under 90cm in height enter Chessington free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: AN ADMISSION FEE IS CHARGED FOR ALL CHILDREN REQUIRING THEIR OWN SEAT WITHIN THE BLACKPOOL TOWER CIRCUS.

9. Visitors 11 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over at Chessington. Visitors 12 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over at THORPE PARK Resort. Visitors 12 years and under must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over at the Alton Towers Resort, Warwick Castle and Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Tower. Visitors under 14 years must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. Visitors 14 years and under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 and over at Madame Tussauds London, The London Dungeon and SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries (Including SEA LIFE London Aquarium). Visitors 15 and under must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester and the Edinburgh Dungeon. Visitors 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at the York Dungeon. Visitors 15 and under must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 at Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Attractions and The Blackpool Tower Dungeon.

10. Voucher can only be used as stipulated. The Voucher is non-transferable/not for resale. Any purported transfer or sale of the Voucher will render it void. Voucher is only valid in the United Kingdom. Photocopies will not be accepted. Admission prices are subject to change. Voucher cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer or concession (e.g. senior citizens, family tickets), reward/loyalty program, pre-purchased tickets, Combination tickets, 2 Day Pass, Annual Pass, online tickets, Q-bot or Fastrack tickets, rail inclusive offers, on secondary ticketed events, hotel events or concerts or for Group/advance bookings.

11. Only one Voucher can be used per person and per transaction.

12. All of the Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over capacity. Please note The York Dungeon does not have a ride feature available.

13. Features and/or creatures shown on the Voucher are not necessarily available at every Attraction. Any images shown of Madame Tussauds depict wax figures created and owned by Madame Tussauds.

14. Please note that some Attractions operate a chargeable car parking policy including, but not limited to, Chessington, the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Alton Towers Resort and Warwick Castle.

15. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and/or attractions. Some rides at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will require guests who only just meet the minimum height requirements to be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over.

16. All attraction information is subject to change; please check the attraction websites(s) below before your visit for the latest information. Please note: you cannot book online or over the phone when using your Voucher; in order to use the Voucher you must purchase your ticket at the Attraction entrance.
