1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only {England, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Wales} aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of the Promoter or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.

2. Purchase any Cadbury Dairy Milk Medley bar 93g and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw: Cadbury Medley prize draw. The promotion opens on 27/04/2016 and closes at midnight on 17/05/2016 for receipt of all entries.  All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 17/05/2016 to qualify.

3.  No purchase necessary in NI only; NI shoppers may also enter the prize draw without purchasing a product from the list by entering their Nectar card number at the bottom of the page.

4. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.

5. There is one prize of a luxury spa break for up to 4 adults (18 years+), up to the value of £2000 to win. The exact location will be confirmed by the promoter once the winner has been verified. The spa will be in a location as close to the winner’s home as possible.

 

Additional Prize Details and Conditions:

  1. The Prize includes one night’s stay for the winner and up to three guests staying in 2x double/twin rooms, depending on the number of guests the winner chooses to bring and subject to availability;
  2. The Promoter will notify the winner of any treatments included in the Prize once the spa location has been confirmed;
  3. The winner and their guests will have unlimited access to the spa facilities, subject to availability and opening times;
  4. Lunch, dinner on day one and breakfast on day two will also be provided for the winner and their guests;
  5. Return transport from the winner’s home to the confirmed spa is included in the prize
  6. All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip;
  7. Guests must be 18 or over;
  8. If a booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternative dates will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided;
  9. The Prize does not include additional activities/treatments, additional nights and services, spending money or any other costs of a personal nature that are not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions or confirmed win winner notification and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the prize will be responsible for any such costs; and
  10. The prize must be taken by 15/01/2017.

6. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of being notified of their prize.

7. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.

8. All eligible transactions carried out by midnight on 17/05/2016 will be entered into the prize draw.

9. The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing 06/06/2016 under independent supervision.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.

12. Winners will be notified by telephone and so entrants will have needed to have supplied a valid contact number to Nectar. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date.

13. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for

a)    Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.

b)    Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.

c)    For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

14. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable.

15. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

16. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.

17. The name and county of prize winner can be obtained by sending a SAE to Cadbury Medley competition, Insight to Communication, Delivery Team, 80 Strand, London WC2R 0NN within 3 months of the competition close date. By entering, the winner consents to such information being disclosed upon request.

20. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
