The Voucher entitles holder to one FREE ENTRY per Voucher and per full paying adult.
1. If the holder of the Voucher buys a fully priced Adult entrance ticket at the Attraction entrance to Alton Towers Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort (“Chessington”), THORPE PARK Resort, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Warwick Castle, Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London or Blackpool, The London, York, Edinburgh or Blackpool Tower Dungeons, (“The Dungeons”), The Blackpool Tower Eye or The Blackpool Tower Circus (“The Blackpool Tower Attractions”), LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Manchester, SEA LIFE Bray, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Jurassic Skyline, SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries in the UK (Birmingham, Great Yarmouth, Loch Lomond, Blackpool, Gweek, London, Oban, Brighton, Manchester, Scarborough and Hunstanton) (“SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries”), then s/he may take with him/her ONE OTHER PERSON who will enter the same Attraction on the same day free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: You cannot book online or over the phone when using your Voucher; in order to use the Voucher you must purchase your ticket at the chosen Attraction. Voucher is not valid for use in conjunction with any other offer, concession or online/call centre booking. The Voucher has no cash value. The Voucher is automatically void if sold, offered for sale or if any attempt or offer is made to transfer the Voucher for value.
2. Voucher is valid UNTIL, 31st July 2017 at THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, the Alton Towers Resort, Warwick Castle, Madame Tussauds London or Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Eye or The Blackpool Tower Circus, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester, The London, York, Edinburgh & Blackpool Tower Dungeons, SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Jurassic Skyline and Shrek’s Adventure! London. Voucher EXCLUDES the following dates: 20th- 31st August 2016 at all participating attractions, 9th October – 6th November 2016 at The Blackpool Tower Eye or The Blackpool Tower Circus (The Blackpool Tower Eye is open subject to weather conditions), 21st October – 31st October 2016 at THORPE PARK Resort, 29th – 31st October 2016 at The Blackpool Tower Dungeon, 28th – 31st October 2016 at The London, York and Edinburgh Dungeons. 1st -31st December at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and the 25th December 2016 at all attractions. Offer is not valid at any secondary ticketed events/hotel events/concerts/Xmas events at all Attractions during the promotional period. Top tip, August can be very busy at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Why not make the most of your visit at other times of the season. Please check the attraction’s operating calendar available on LEGOLAND Windsor Resort’s website.
2017 EXCLUSION DATES WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM THE END OF THE 2016 SEASON.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING 2016 SEASON END ATTRACTION CLOSURE DATES: Chessington closes on 31st October 2016, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and THORPE PARK Resort close on 2nd November 2016, Alton Towers Theme Park closes on 6th November 2016.
3. CHECK OPENING DATES AND TIMES BEFORE YOUR VISIT ON THE RELEVANT ATTRACTION WEBSITE. PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT BOOK ONLINE/VIA THE TELEPHONE WHEN USING YOUR VOUCHER. ALL DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
4. Please be aware that Shrek’s Adventure! London and The London Dungeons are very popular and will require you being booked into an allocated time slot on your day of visit. Failure to present and surrender the Voucher to admissions upon arrival will result in an additional charge for one (1) full priced standard admission for the second ticket issued.
5. The Voucher is not valid at Secondary Attractions including, but not limited to, the Castle Dungeon at Warwick Castle, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Christmas events, LATES at The Dungeons, The Blackpool Tower Ballroom and Jungle Jims in The Blackpool Tower. Voucher can only be used for standard entrance tickets and cannot be used for priority entrance and or Fastrack entrance at all Attractions. The Voucher is not valid for any combination tickets including, but not limited to, The Tower Ticket or The Big Ticket at The Blackpool Tower Attractions. Voucher does not entitle Early Ride Time.
6. The Voucher is not valid for accommodation including but not limited to, the Alton Towers Hotels, Enchanted Village (Woodland Lodges, Tree Houses and Tree Top Quest), Waterpark, Spa or Golf attractions at the Alton Towers Resort, Chessington Resort Hotel, Chessington Azteca Hotel, Chessington Explorer Glamping, The Glamping Village at Warwick Castle, THORPE SHARK Hotel at THORPE PARK Resort or the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel - an additional cost applies. Please check each attraction’s website for additional costs.
7. The Voucher remains the property of Merlin at all times and Merlin reserves the right to take possession of the Voucher at any time. The Voucher must be presented at the Attraction entrance and surrendered. Vouchers cannot be presented on electronic devices.
8. Adult is 12 and over at the Alton Towers Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington and Warwick Castle. Adult is 15 and over at SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Dungeon, The Blackpool Tower Eye and The Blackpool Tower Circus. Adult is 16 and over at Shrek’s Adventure! London, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Madame Tussauds London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Jurassic Skyline, London, York and Edinburgh Dungeons. Adult is 18 and over at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester. PLEASE NOTE: No adults can enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester without an accompanying child.
9. Entry is free for children under 1 year of age at The Blackpool Tower Circus. Entry is free for children under 3 years of age at THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington World of Adventures Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Warwick Castle, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester, Alton Towers Resort, The Edinburgh and York Dungeons, SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Jurassic Skyline, Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds Blackpool and The Blackpool Tower Eye. Entry is free for children under 4 years of age at The London Dungeon and Madame Tussauds London. PLEASE NOTE: AN ADMISSION FEE IS CHARGED FOR ALL CHILDREN (AGED 3-14) AND ALL TODDLERS (AGED 1 AND 2) TO ENSURE THEY HAVE THEIR OWN SEAT WITHIN THE BLACKPOOL TOWER CIRCUS.
10. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over at THORPE PARK Resort. Visitors 12 years and under must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over at Chessington, Alton Towers Resort, Warwick Castle and Weymouth SEA LIFE Adventure Park & Jurassic Skyline. Visitors under 14 years must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. Visitor 14 years and under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 and over at Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, The London Dungeon and SEA LIFE centres & Sanctuaries (including SEA LIFE London Aquarium). Visitors 15 and under must be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester and the Edinburgh Dungeon. Visitors 13 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at the York Dungeon. Visitors 15 and under must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 at Madame Tussauds Blackpool, The Blackpool Tower Eye or The Blackpool Tower Circus and The Blackpool Tower Dungeon. PLEASE NOTE: Whilst there’s no minimum age, we recommend Shrek’s Adventure! London for children aged 6-12 years old. No person aged 16 and over can enter LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester without an accompanying child.
11. Voucher can only be used as stipulated. The Voucher is non-transferable/not for resale. Any purported transfer or sale of the Voucher will render it void. Voucher is only valid in the United Kingdom. Photocopies will not be accepted. Admission prices are subject to change. Voucher cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer or concession (e.g. senior citizens, family tickets), reward/loyalty program, pre-purchased tickets, Combination tickets, 2 Day Pass, Annual Pass, online tickets, Q-bot or Fastrack tickets, rail inclusive offers, on secondary ticketed events, hotel events or concerts or for Group/advance bookings.
12. Only one Voucher can be used per person and per transaction.
13. All of the Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including over capacity. Please note The York Dungeon does not have a ride feature available.
14. Features and/or creatures shown on the Voucher are not necessarily available at every Attraction. Any images shown of Madame Tussauds depict wax figures created and owned by Madame Tussauds.
15. Please note that some Attractions operate a chargeable car parking policy including, but not limited to, Chessington, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, THORPE PARK Resort, Alton Towers Resort and Warwick Castle.
16. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and/or attractions. Some rides at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort will require guests who only just meet the minimum height requirements to be accompanied by a person aged 16 years or over.
17. All attraction information is subject to change; please check the attraction websites(s) below before your visit for the latest information.
