Davidstow competition

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of Dairy Crest Ltd or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.

2. To enter purchase any product in the Davidstow range and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw to win a two night stay in the Bed and Breakfast of the Enodoc Hotel. The promotion opens on 29/10/2014 and closes at midnight on 18/11/2014 for receipt of all entries.  All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 18/11/2014 to be entered into the draw.

3.  No purchase necessary in NI only; NI shoppers may also enter the prize draw without purchasing any product above by entering their details at www.nectar.com/davidstow-terms

4. Entries are restricted to one per transaction for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.

5. There is one prize of a two night stay in the Bed and Breakfast of the Enodoc Hotel.

6. The prize is subject to the arranging of a mutually convenient time.

7. Proof of identity may be required before the prize is awarded.

8. All eligible transactions carried out by midnight on 29/07/2014 will be entered into the prize draw.

9. The winner will be drawn at random during week commencing 11/08/2014 under independent supervision.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The winner will be notified by telephone and so entrants will have needed to have supplied a valid contact number to Nectar. The winner will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date.

13. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for

a) Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
b) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
c) For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

14. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable.

15. The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
