Angie regularly attends the lunch club at Disabled People’s Contact, who receive food from FareShare. “It’s really good here, you can talk to people if you’ve got problems, the staff and volunteers are very helpful. We come for the food and the company; it’s my main meal of the day”

Full Terms & Conditions

Eligibility to enter / opening and closing dates
1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain only.
2. This promotion opens on 2nd November 2016 and closes at 23:59 on 12th December 2016.
3. Entrants must be aged 16 years or over.
4. A maximum of one donation is permitted per person per promotional cycle.
5. The promotional cycles are 2nd November 2016 to 22 November 2016 (“Cycle 12”) and 23rd November 2016 to 12th December 2016 (“Cycle 13”).

How to enter
6. To enter this promotion and donate visit www.sainsbury's.co.uk/fareshare and purchase a 1.75l or 8pk Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar or Coca-Cola Life during Cycle 12 and/or Cycle 13.Upon purchase, 25 pence will be automatically donated to FareShare for each pack purchased.
7. The Promotor will verify purchases for each promotional cycle on Sainsburys.com through I2C and identify the total number of shoppers who have donated.
8. The Promotor will calculate the total number of donations and arrange payment to FareShare within 90 days of the closing date of the promotion.

Donation
9. For each 1.75l or 8 pack purchased during Cycle 12 and Cycle 13, the Promoter will donate 25 pence to its charity partner FareShare, which will provide one meal to someone in need. This is based on FareShare’s total operating costs for sourcing, storing and redistributing food to frontline charities, divided by the total volume of food it redistributes in tonnes. Using Food Standards Agency guidance on portion sizes, this is figure is then converted into the cost per meal. For further details see https://www.fareshare.org.uk

General
10. Donations are non-transferable. No cash or other alternative will be offered save for in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
11. The Promoter and its agents will not use personal information supplied by entrants in connection with this promotion for the purposes of administering this promotion unless consent is received to use such information for any other purposes.
12. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence shall be entered into.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion.
14. By entering this promotion entrants will be deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.
15. These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
