Helping us to reduce the carbon footprint of your delivery is really easy: when we're already delivering to someone in your area, you may find an eco time slot - marked with green van - on your booking page. Simply select a 1 hour slot to book.

You can amend your grocery until 11pm the day before your delivery. You must check out again to save any changes and to reserve your delivery time. The total shopping bill (including delivery) will be deducted from the nominated card on the day of delivery. The 11pm amend order cut-off excludes bulk orders. When ordering items in bulk you will need to give us at least 7 days notice, please contact the call centre on 0800 328 1700.
