  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Eligibility: Entry is open only to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally associated with the promotion.
  3. Promotional Period: The Promotion is open between 5th May 2015 (“Opening Date”) and 29th June (”Closing Date”).
  4. How to enter: Entry is via the internet only. You will be required to register and enter the unique code printed on promotional labels featured on selected Cravendale 500ml, 1L and 2L bottles here.
  5. Prizes: There are 1,000 x Cravendale glasses available to be won daily (56,000 in total across the promotional period). Each glass is one prize. There are 1,000 randomly allocated ‘winning moments’ per day whereby the closest entry to any winning moment will win.
  6. Mop-up draw: In the event that there are glasses left over at the end of the Promotional Period, all codes will be entered in to a Mop-up draw. The Mop-up Draw will be conducted by a computer process that produces verifiably random results and winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the Mop-up period (06.07.15).
  7. Once registered, you may enter codes from subsequent purchases of promotional packs for another chance to win. Multiple entries are permitted. Unique code entry limits of 5 per day and 10 per week per person.
  8. In the unlikely event of an illegible code or broken glass, please contact the Customer Careline on 0330 500 1306 or contact us to complete a contact form. Proof of purchase may be required.
  9. To claim their prize, winners must then follow the instructions given on the website and in their winner’s email.
  10. Prizes will be dispatched to the winners’ nominated shipping address automatically. If the recipient has not been in contact within 28 days after dispatch, it will be assumed that their prize has been received.  After this time, the Promoter may withdraw a winner’s entitlement to the prize and unclaimed prizes may become void.
  11. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
  12. Prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
  13. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.
  14. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, we discourage over consumption. Please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.
  16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion or by the entrant's acceptance of the prize.
  17. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and for no other purposes. You can take a look at the Promoter's privacy policy here.
  18. Entries from third parties, syndicates, multiple accounts or those regarded by the Promoter to be shared or guessed codes, will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and terminate any accounts associated with suspected fraudulent activity or undermining the promotional integrity of this promotion in any way. Compensation or prosecution may be sought through the law.
  19. Only valid unique codes will be accepted. Each code can only be entered once. Manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.
  20. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please contact the Customer Careline on 0330 500 1306 or visit our contact page to complete a contact form. Proof of purchase may be required.
  21. Those who try and circumvent the code entry process and/or entry instructions, by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  22. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  23. If a prize claim is deemed to be invalid for any reason, the entrant will be notified via email or telephone. The entrant will be informed of the reason for their invalid prize claim and/or what further information may be required to verify their claim.
  24. Should the Promoter have any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions; the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process a win claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding.

  26. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
