Online Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. All entrants and any applicable guests will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. Promoter & Data Controller: Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, 137 High St, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1JZ. www.molsoncoors.com Do not send entries to this address
2. Eligibility: Entry restricted to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. Directors, management and employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Internet access is required to enter the promotion. Stock subject to availability of promotional packs in participating stores whilst stocks last.
3. Promotional Period: The Open Date for the Weekly Prize Draw is 01.08.16 and the Weekly Prize Draw Closing Date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 31.10.16. The Open Date for the “Mop Up Draw” is 01.08.16 and the Mop Up Draw Closing Date is 23:59 on 30.06.17.
4. How to enter:
a. Purchase of 1 x promotional pack of Coors Light is necessary except for entrants who are a resident in Northern Ireland. Residents of Northern Ireland may by post, clearly detail their name, address and mobile number to Coors Light UK, Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, 137 High Street, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire DE14 1JZ. The Promoter will enter an assigned URN into the promotional website for the Northern Ireland entrants chance to win. Entries must be received before the Closing Date. 1 entry per envelope. 1 entry only via this method. Envelopes must be correctly stamped.
b. UK entrants can take part in the online Weekly Prize Draw by entering their unique reference number (URN) found on promotional packs and registering their personal details on www.coorslight.co.uk/icecaveparty for a chance to win. URN’s can only be used once.
c. The Weekly Prize Draw will take place each Monday. Runner up Prize winners and Main Prize winners will receive notification within 7 working days of the weekly prize draw that they have won and will be given instructions on how to claim their prize.
d. The Mop Up Draw winner will be notified by email by 11.07.17 at the latest
e. Only entries made during the Promotional Period will be eligible.
f. Main prize winners may be required to show their winning URN. Please retain winning packs as the Promoter reserves the right to ask for these as part of the verification process.
g. Entrants who do not give correct details on entry or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
5. Winner Selection: There are a total of 2330 prizes to be won throughout this Promotion. Prizes will be awarded following a Weekly Prize Draw.
6. Main Prizes: 5 x main prize winners from the Weekly Prize Draw will win a party in an ice cave as detailed below (the “Event”). Each prize is valid for 4 people (winner and up to 3 guests) and unless otherwise stated, includes economy flights from London to Lyon, international airport transfers, activity transfers and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing conditions and for travelers over 75 years of age). Winners and their guests must hold a valid passport. This prize exclude UK transfers to and from airport, UK internal flights, other meals, room service, drinks, spending money and all other costs, expenses or ancillary costs associated with the promotion are not included unless otherwise expressly stated. The prize includes:
a. Transfer by coach from Lyon to Les Arcs Mercure Hotel
b. Accommodation for 2 to 4 occupants for x2 nights
c. A planned schedule of activity. This will be provided in detail on confirmation of prize, with any concerns of participation communicated at this time
7. Runner up Prizes: 25 x Coors Light branded sunglasses, 2000 x Coors Light Branded beanie hats, 75 x Coors Light branded ski jackets can be won from the Weekly Prize Draw.
8. Mop Up Draw: For those entering a URN online between 01.08.16 and 23:59 inclusive on 30.06.17 there will be one Mop Up Draw to win a prize of £500 (“Mop Up Draw”).
The winner will be selected in a random draw, conducted by an independent promotional verification service, from all valid entries within 7 days of the Mop Up Draw Closing Date. The winner will be informed by email by 11.07.17 at the latest and will then have 14 days from their notification to respond to that email, if the winner fails to respond within this time the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant selected at random from all valid entries.
9. The prizes are the items stated only. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.

12. Winner Notification: Main Prize winners will be contacted within 7 days of each weekly draw. 3 attempts will be made to contact main prize winners via phone and/or email using the details submitted at the point of entry. In the event that there is no response from the winner received within 28 days from the Promoters last attempt to make contact the Promoter reserves the right to issue the prize to an alternative winner. If the Winner is unable to take up the prize for whatever reason, and that prize will be forfeited. Runner up prizes will be delivered within 28 days from confirmation of prize with each Weekly Prize Draw.
13. One Mop Up Draw will be held on 01.07.17 under independent supervision and will include all non-winning entrants of the Weekly Draw made between 01.08.16 until 30.06.17.
14. The winner from the Mop Up Draw will be contacted by phone and/or email by 11.07.17 using the contact details submitted on entry to this Promotion. Winner will be asked to confirm their full name, proof of age and other reasonable particulars. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of their control, the Promoters reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value, or to increase the overall number of winners.
15. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and/ or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
16. The Promoter's decision is binding in all promotional matters
17. The Promoter can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by the closing date
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
19. Name and counties of the Main Prize Winners will be available by sending a SAE to Coors Light UK, Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited, 137 High Street, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire DE14 1JZ for 3 months after the Weekly Prize Draw Closing Date.
20. Winners and where applicable their guests agree to participate in reasonable unpaid publicity as specified by the Promoter. We reserve the right to use the winners name and county and publish those on www.coorslight.co.uk and the Coors Light UK Facebook and Twitter pages
21. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to appear in any additional promotional activity that may be published on the website or social channels of Coors Light UK. The Promoter can accept no responsibility for refusal of entry made at the Event at the discretion of the event managers
22. Entrants agree that the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury through negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
23. Main Prize Winners shall procure their guest’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions directly with the Promoter and indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter, to the maximum extent permitted by law, against any loss, liability, cost, expense or claim made by the winner’s guests against the Promoter or its associated agencies and companies.
24. It is not the intention of this Promotion in any way to encourage people to consume excessive amounts of alcohol. Coors Light adheres to the drinkaware.co.uk campaign.
25. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing/implementing the promotion and prizes) without the individual’s prior consent
26. This Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or this Promotion/ Prize Draw.
