1.    The promoter is AB InBev UK Limited, (Company number 3982132), a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at Porter Tun House, 500 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU1 3LS  (the “Promoter”).
2.    The Promotion is open to all persons aged 18 years or over resident in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, excluding employees of the Promoter and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Limited (“Sainsbury’s”) or their immediate families, their agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the administration of this Promotion.
3.    The Promotion runs from 00.01 BST on 22nd July 2015 to 23:59 BST on 25th August 2015 (the “Promotional Period”).
4.    To enter the Promotion outside of Northern Ireland, consumers have 2 options:
(a)     Firstly, consumers can purchase any one of the following Corona products: 12x330ml; 18x330ml; and/or 4x330ml (each a “Qualifying Purchase”) from participating Sainsbury’s stores (“Participating Stores”) during the Promotional Period and hand their own Sainsbury’s Nectar Card to the cashier at the time of purchase. The cashier at the Participating Store will swipe the Nectar Card at the checkout upon which the name and contact details registered to the Nectar Card will be automatically entered into the Promotion (“Entry”). Participating Stores will be identified by promotional materials being present.
(b)    Alternatively Entries can be made online at www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries by making a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period. Usual online grocery terms and conditions and delivery charges apply. Users of Sainsbury's online shopping facility must have a Sainsbury’s online account.  Upon opening the account users are prompted to enter their Nectar Card number.  If users did not enter this number at the time of opening the account, users can amend their account details by going online at www.sainsburys.co.uk/groceries and clicking on 'My Account' followed by 'My Cards' to upload their Nectar Card number onto their account details. When an online Qualifying Purchase is made for delivery by 23.59 on 25th August 2015 with the user’s Nectar Card number registered to their Sainsbury’s online account, the user will automatically be entered into the Promotion. For entry in Northern Ireland, see paragraph 5 below.
5.    There is no purchase necessary in Northern Ireland. For a chance to win in Northern Ireland, enter your Nectar Card details at www.nectar.com/coronasunsets-terms. Only one Entry per person is permitted throughout the Promotional Period.
6.    A Nectar Card can be applied for by picking up a leaflet in a Sainsbury’s store at the checkout or by visiting www.nectar.com. Normal Nectar Card terms and conditions apply. A valid phone number must have been provided when applying for a Nectar Card in order for an Entry to be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Nectar Card application process.
7.    By entering, the participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them and the requirements in any other promotional material. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
8.    Nectar Card is required. Participants are responsible for their own cost associated with using and/or signing up for a Nectar Card.

9.    No responsibility will be accepted for any late Entry or any Entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
10.    The prize is:
•    One pair of  VIP tickets to the Sunset Festival in Perth, Australia in  January/February 2016 (date TBC);
•    return economy flights to Perth Airport, Australia (via Hong Kong no stop over) from the UK (insurance included);
•    5 nights’ accommodation in a double room at the Pan Pacific Hotel Perth, Australia, including breakfast only (the “Hotel”); and
•    airport transfers from Perth Airport Australia to the Hotel and from the Hotel to Perth Australia Airport.

11.    One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be drawn at random during week commencing 7th September 2015 under independent supervision from all valid Entries and shall win the Prize.
12.    The Winner will be contacted by telephone on the number provided with their Nectar Card within 28  days of the closing date of the Promotion, so entrants are responsible for ensuring that the most up to date telephone number is assigned to their Nectar card. The Winner will be required to provide details of an address to which the Prize can be delivered, passport details, as well the name of the individual they wish take with them to take up the Prize (the “Guest”) for booking purposes. After first contact, if this contact is unsuccessful, an additional attempt will be made to contact the Winner within 7 working days. If the Winner cannot be contacted, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner. The Winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of successfully being notified. The Winner can choose to fly from one of the following airports:
(a)    London Gatwick
(b)    London Heathrow
(c)    Manchester City Airport
13.    Whilst the Promoter will try to accommodate the Winner’s preferred airport choice, this cannot be guaranteed and flights may be booked on your behalf from a different airport. The Promoter will then re-contact the Winner, again by telephone to confirm the flight booking details including flight times. In the event that the Promoter is required to book an airport other than the Winner’s preferred choice, the Promoter agrees to cover the reasonable cost of transportation for the Winner and the Guest to the next nearest airport.
14.    The Winner will need to confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and eligible to travel on the required dates. They will also need to confirm that their Guest is also over 18 years of age and eligible to travel on the required dates. The Promoter will then re-contact the Winner to confirm the passport details of both the Winner and their Guest.
15.    The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Entries, including, but not limited to, the Winner’s Entry and refuse to award Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there is or the Promoter has reason to believe there is, or has been, a breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion has been compromised.
16.    Upon the Winner providing the details above, all appropriate aspects of the Prize will be dispatched by recorded delivery within 28  days of the information being received by the Promoter from the Winner.
17.    The Winner must accept responsibility for arranging re-delivery or collection or the Prize from the Post Office if there is no reply when the delivery takes place. Any prize that is returned to the sender or is undeliverable for any reason will be forfeited and the Winner will lose the Prize.
18.    The Winner will have until 28 days after confirming their postal address to the Promoter to notify the Promoter that they have not received their Prize otherwise the Promoter shall not be held responsible. For any queries consumers should contact the Nectar Helpline on 01282 630008.
19.    The Winner and their Guest shall be responsible for arranging their own, food and drink, VISA requirements, passports, clothing, entertainment or accommodation that is not stated to be part of the Prize.
20.    The Winner and their Guest must have passports valid for travel in January and February 2016.
21.    No cash or other alternative prizes are available, in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes or any elements thereof with alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the Prize will only be available to the Winner in person.
22.    Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a result of or in connection with this Prize Draw and/or the prize (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where:
a) there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant;
b) the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or
c) any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these Terms and Conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and 
d) business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party. 

23.    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
24.    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of the Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfill any prize award.
25.    The Promoter shall not be held liable for systems failures at the handling house. Neither can they be held responsible for the failure to fulfill obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion and Prize draw, although they will endeavor to minimize the effect to the entrant of such failure in order to avoid undue disappointment.
26.    The tickets awarded as part of the Prize are VIP tickets and the Winner and their Guest will be bound by the terms and conditions stated on the tickets.
27.    The Promoter is registered on the public register of data controllers maintained by the Information Commissioner. The Promoter works strictly in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 (as amended).
28.    The Winner hereby consents to participate in any reasonable publicity (i.e. announcing the Winner on the Corona Facebook page) accompanying and resulting from the Promotion required on behalf of the Promoter if so requested with no further recompense. For the avoidance of doubt, a winner must be aged 18 or over, but in order to appear in any publicity a winner must be over 25 and appear to be over 25.
29.    The name and county of the Winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope marked ABInBev Corona Sunsets Perth 80 Strand, London WC2R 0NN within 3 months of the closing date within 3 months of the closing date.
30.    The Promoter’s decision will be final in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
31.    The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
