  1. The Yeo Valley Win a Land Rover Promotion is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged over 18, excluding employees of the Promoter and all those professionally associated with this Promotion.

  2. To enter: Simply purchase a promotional pack of Yeo Valley Yogurt, Milk or Fromage Frais, visit our website at www.yeovalley.co.uk/landrover and enter your name, email address, post code and the 14-digit unique code found on the underside of the lids of promotional big pots, the inside sleeve of promotional 4-packs and Little Yeos and behind the promotional label on milk before midday on 1st September 2016 (“Closing Date”). All claims must be received by the Closing Date. Any claims received after this date will not be accepted.

  3.   4. Purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are also required. Please retain winning pack and original itemised till receipt, which must predate online entry, as it may be required to validate your prize claim. If you are unable to provide this information in full then it may affect your prize claim.

  5. Pack codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown (“Unique Code”).

  6. All codes have an equal and random chance of winning one of the prizes via a secure and random process operated under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. All prizes are available to be won.

  7. You may enter as many times as you wish but each entry must be accompanied by a new Unique Code. Each unique code can only be entered once. A maximum of one prize per person can be won during the promotional period.

  8. The Prizes:

    1. Main Prize: 1 x Land Rover Discovery Sport (see clause 12 for additional conditions) or £25,000 cash alternative.

    2. Runners Up Prizes: 1,000 x FatFace Gift Cards (10x £1,000, 50x £500, 360x £100, 580x £50). Valid online and instore for 24 months from date of issue. Full Gift Card conditions can be found at www.fatface.com/help/gift-cards/page/giftcards.

  9. Winners will be notified immediately via the website and will need to follow the instructions shown on screen.

  10. If you are the winner of the main prize, please send in your pack showing winning code and your name and address to Yeo Valley Win a Land Rover, Freepost RLUK-AHUU-KKEK, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY. We recommend that winning packs are sent by a secure method of delivery and that you take a copy of the code, as the Promoter is not responsible for claims not received or lost in transit. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available. However, the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available.

  11. Bonus Prize:1 x Land Rover Discovery Sport (no cash alternative) worth up to £33,000 to be won from all entries received during the promotional period. Winner will be selected at random by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service within 10 working days of the closing date and will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw. Winners will have 14 days to respond to notification to accept the prize. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited. Each entry submitted during the main promotion will equate to one entry into the Bonus Draw.

  12. Additional conditions for the Land Rover:

  1.  

    1. The winner will be asked to prove they are a resident of the UK;

    2. Winner must have and must show a valid driving license prior to collecting the Prize;

    3. Insurance is not included. If the prize is to be driven on a public highway, insurance cover must be obtained by winner prior to collection of the Prize;

    4. Maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of ownership.

    5. The Prize will be taxed for no more than 12 months from the date of registration.

    6. If the winner is from Northern Ireland, the Prize can be driven with UK number plates legally. If the winner chooses to change to local number plates, this will be at their expense;

    7. If the winner is from the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, the promoter will pay for the relevant import duties.

  2. Once your Bonus Win has been verified, you will be contacted within 28 days by Yeo Valley to organise delivery of your Prize. Delivery date will be communicated during this process.

  3. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value if circumstances make this necessary.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.

  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.

  6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winner does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. If due to unforeseen circumstances the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize, at its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, illegible or incomplete entries or prize claims or for technical failures or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Winners are encouraged to send winning codes for verification via recorded delivery.

  8. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions.

  9. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

  10. The winners’ names and counties will be available by sending a SAE to Yeo Valley Win a Land Rover Winners’ List, PO Box 704, Pinner, HA5 9PF at the end of the promotion for a period of two months following the end of the Promotion.

  11. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter, provider or its agencies.

  12. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

  13. Except for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, the Promoter is not liable for:

    1. Any action an entrant may take as a result of replying on any information provided by the Promoter in relation to the promotion or for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant as a result of taking that action;

    2. Any liability for losses which are not a foreseeable or likely consequence of: (i) an entrant’s use of the website; or (ii) a breach of these terms & conditions; or

    3. An entrant’s inability to access the website and/or submit an entry because of an event outside of the Promoter’s control, for example (without limitation) the performance of the entrant’s or the Promoter’s ISP or the Internet.

    4. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions will affect any liability the Promoter may have for death or personal injury arising from the Promoter’s negligence or any other liability.

  15. Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  16. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
