Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Loperamide hydrochloride 2mg and simeticone equivalent to 125mg dimeticone Other Ingredients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate Microcrystalline cellulose Acesulfame potassium Artificial vanilla flavour (includes propylene glycol, maltodextrin, ethanol and benzyl alcohol) Sodium starch glycolate (Type A) Stearic acid.

Preparation and Safety

For oral use. Swallow the correct number of tablets whole with a drink of water. Adults over 18 years old: Take 2 tablets initially, followed if required, by 1 tablet after further every loose bowel movementYoung adults aged 12 to 18 years: Take 1 tablet initially, followed, if required, by 1 tablet after every further loose bowel movement.No more than 4 tablets should be taken per day, for a maximum of 2 days. If your diarrhoea lasts for more than 48 hours, contact your doctor.

Eases diarrhoea symptomsI suffer from diarrhoea quite frequently so these are a life saver. Take 2 tablets at the start, and then 1 after every bowel movement. Maximum 4 per day. They do take a little while to work but they reduce it massively once they kick in and then it's completely stopped after a few hours. They're easy to swallow with water and don't leave any nasty taste in your mouth. They also help ease cramping and bloating. Definitely worth keeping in the medicine cupboard or handbag.

Saw no huge differenceI’m not a huge fan of this. Any changes I did have weren’t that positive. It did work for stopping diarrhoea however it made me constipated. In terms of cramps and bloating it didn’t help at all

The best product for reliefSince being on new meds I’ve had a lot of stomach issues and haven’t found anything to help. I was extremely apprehensive about it, but this product really works and works quickly. It provides relief quickly and lasts.

Always in my bagI’ve been using Imodium now and again for quite a few years. Should a problem arise with your stomach/bowels it gives me such peace of mind to know that Imodium will get to work immediately. Highly recommended
