If it ain't broke, why change it. Wake up!I have been buying Applewood for years. The wedge fits nicely on the cheeseboard aside other cheeses.

Making it into an oblong is boring, it's small square shape, when you cut slices, fits no biscuit on the market, and no, I dont want a one inch square biscuit, so bin that idea.

Get back to a traditional wedge and forget about abusing the shape that sells.

A good quality productThis product lve not seen for a while so was really pleased to find it for sale in Sainsbury's. A little goes quite a long way, it's just the right balance of smokiness and creamy texture. It was also reasonably priced.

Delicious in my lasagne!I grated this into my béchamel sauce for my lasagne and then also added it on top to crisp up. Absolutely divine. I used what was left over on my snack plates during the week when working from home - delicious with ham! A staple in my fridge now.
