A really good multivitaminI get this for my ND 16 year old. She is not one for 'medicine' but she'll take this consistently. The taste is okay, she copes well with the texture. But more importantly, this has helped her get through winter season relatively well with minimal viral infections. The vitamin and mineral supplements boosts her immunity.
