Preparation and Safety

Directions of use: Do compost: Fruit and vegetable peelings, crushed eggshells, plant prunings, grass cuttings, pet straw, cardboard egg boxes, paper and fallen leaves. Don't Compost: Cooked Vegetables, meat, dairy products, diseased plants, animal faeces, cat litter, babies nappies.

Warnings:

Storage

Store in a cool, dark dry place. Once filled with compostable waste remove from caddy after 4 days. Suitable for home composting.

My favourite caddy linerI have used lots of different caddy liners, but this is by far my favourite. It is larger, stronger and lasts longer before degrading. The draw string prevents spillage when decanting to the bin and generally maes the process easier.

The best compostable bags everThese are compostable bags that make the job of saving left overs so.much easier. The capacity of the bags is generous, they separate easily from the roll and best of all have a draw string that makes the disposal process much cleaner, quicker and less hassle. The strength and thickness of the bags means no accidents because they absolutely do the job for which they are intended. They get a huge 5 star rating from me.

Strong and handy sized bagsStrong little bags that fit nicely in my compost caddy with a little room for more when it's taken out to the bin. They don't tear or strip like many other compostable bags. A bit pricey, but worth it not to have compost on your kitchen floor when the bag splits!

Caddy bagsNow the recycling bins system has changed i bought these as they don't disintegrate too fast before putting the food recycling bin out each week but will obviously be strong enough to hold a weeks worth of food waste and I believe they meet the local councils requirements
