Nothing beats the comforting taste of Bird's Instant Custard, just the way you like it. This family favourite is smooth and creamy with an unmistakably warm, sweet taste that has been loved by generations since 1837. What's more, it couldn't be easier to make. Simply empty your sachet into a large measuring jug, add 3/4 pint (425ml) of water and whisk or stir until it's silky smooth. Let it stand for 1 minute and serve with your favourite dessert, from apple crumble to a classic steamed pudding, or pour over fruit such as berries and bananas for a quick and satisfying dessert. Bird's Instant Custard is the perfect companion. Add a touch more water for a thinner consistency or stir in a little sugar for added sweetness to create custard that's just right for you.
