Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. A beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.

Each oil in the range is filtered five times for clarity and purity, naturally rich in Omegas 3, 6 & 9, and a good source of vitamin E.
