A Recipe Locked in Time Using our classic French recipe, our pains au chocolat keep fresher for longer and are still so delicious thanks to our perfected leaven, our in-house starter dough that uses wild yeast.
In 1936, our father Gabriel Pasquier opened his boulangerie in the small village of Les Cerqueux, situated in the Loire region of France. Brioche Pasquier came into being thanks to his culinary expertise and savoir-faire that he so passionately shared with his brother. Since then, we have been committed to offering you simple yet tasty products to enjoy at any time of the day and celebrate all of life's special moments, big or small.

Store in a cool dry place. Best before: see front of pack. Suitable for freezing Ideally freeze as soon as possible after buying but always by date shown. Defrost the product in its packaging for 3 hours in a cool, dry place. Once defrosted use on the same day. Don't refreeze once thawed.
