Bosco di Alba Inspired by the ancient woodlands of Alba (Bosco di Alba in Italian), our rustic yet indulgent pizza is a tribute to the truffles that flourish in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. Pairing fragrant summer truffles with funghi alla griglia and a velvety roasted garlic crema, this recipe celebrates the rich, earthy flavours that have shaped piemontese cooking traditions. A Pairing Perfetto Barbera, produced in Piedmont, has an earthy, cherry profilo to counter the rich funghi, and aromatic hints that echo the black pepper finish.
