Proper ciderThis is a 'proper' cider. Just pressed cider apples with no added nonsense ingredients unlike 99% of supermarket ciders which are, in a lot of examples, made from frozen apple concentrate and chemicals. Why most supermarkets only stock alleged ciders from NZ, South Africa, Sweden etc and fruit flavoured ones baffles me when we have the greatest cider making heritage in the world with hundreds of local 'real' cider producers making the most wonderful and tasty ciders available.

Liquid Gold!!!Forget thatchers, Strongbow, and all the other ciders, this stuff is liquid gold! Not too sweet or dry yet reassuringly full of flavour that would satisfy the fussiest of Cider experts.....and its on a 3 for deal at Sainsburys, Win Win.

Great ciderAn excellent and unique tasting cider, the aroma is almost hay-like, earthy, makes you think of a barn but in a good way! Good level of carbonation, nice flavour, rounded and refreshing.

Shocking after tasteI had high hopes for this cider, and I’ve tried to give it a good chance but the after taste is just too much. It’s got a pleasant enough taste initially, but the after taste lingers and it’s terrible.

Sainsbury's need to stock the full catalogue[Employee of Sainsbury's] Dunkertons supersede all other major cider breweries in the country (i stopped drinking cider entirely after clearing the shelves at my local londis as even Westons just tasted sour/astringent)..They stocked a few other varieties that were exceptional
'Premium Reserve Organic Cider'
'Breakwells Seedling Organic Cider'
'The black fox' ain't standout but definitely quoffable and is well balanced
I even considered contacting them to deliver me a pallet ... prick ur ears up sainoes bossladys, support this company!!
