GoodAt first Spooky was eager to taste all the favours. However, after a couple of time he didn't finish the whole pouch like usual, so there was always leftover food.

I will stick to the old wet food for now, but it was worth the try.

Quality cat foodI recently discovered Felix cat food for 7+ year old cats, and I couldn't be happier! My cat used to pick out the jelly and leave the meat behind, but with Felix, she devours every last bit in one sitting. The variety of four different flavors keeps her interested, and I appreciate the reasonable pricing. Plus, the packaging is easy to recognize, making it convenient to store in the cabinet. Overall, Felix has made mealtime a joy for both of us! Highly recommended!

Helpful for older cat but not completeI’ve been using Felix Original Mixed Selection 7+ for my senior cat, who’s now slowing down a bit with age. He’s always been a bit fussy with food, but he took to this straight away The jelly texture seems easy for him to eat, and it’s kept him well hydrated. I do think it’s helped him maintain a bit of energy and kept his coat looking nice, so in that sense it’s been a good option for an older cat.

However, I’ve noticed it’s not as high in meat or protein as some other brands, and the ingredients list isn’t very clear about what types of meat are actually used. I’d prefer something with more named ingredients and fewer fillers. Recently, he’s also started vomiting a bit. I can’t say for certain it’s because of this food, but it’s unusual for him, so I’ll be keeping a close eye on it.

Overall, it’s convenient and palatable, but I’m not sure I’ll continue with it long-term. I’ll likely look for a higher-quality senior food that’s gentler on his stomach and more transparent about in

Cats seem to like itI was a little sceptical to be honest at the start because our cats mostly like gravy based food. So it was a really pleasant surprise to see that they really like this food. It could that it's more tailored to their age, or perhaps they enjoyed a change, i can't really be sure, but nice to see that the food goes most of the time.

Another nice thing was that the food slips out of the pouch nice and neatly every time, no potential splashes or remnants left in the pouch like with their current food.

Seriously considering swapping to this food now.

Well balanced for older catsMy cat seems to love the variety of flavors — the jelly keeps the food moist and appetizing, even for a slightly picky eater. It’s also nice to know it’s specially formulated for senior cats, with the right balance of nutrients to support their age and activity level.

The portion sizes are convenient and save time, though I do wish the pouches were a little easier to open and recycle. Occasionally, one or two pouches seem to have a slightly stronger smell than the rest, but that hasn’t stopped my cat from cleaning the bowl every time.
