Preparation and Safety

1. Always do a patch test 48 hours in advance of using any home hair dye products. Please always refer to the product for full safety instructions. 2. Apply a moisturising cream to your hairline to avoid staining from the permanent hair dye. Mix the colourant and developer sachets in the pot with the provided spatula. 3. Apply the creamy, non-drip texture on the roots and lengths while enjoying its delicate pleasant fragrance. 4. Leave to develop for up to 45mins, as stated on the instructions, depending on the result you wish to achieve. 5. Rinse until the water runs clear and apply the silk & shine conditioner, and rinse again.

Colour did not lastUsed this colour on my blonde hair. It says its permanent and would last 8 weeks. However it only last 3 washes. After the 2nd wash my blondes were very visible. Very disappointed as ive always used garnier and enjoyed their products.

Permanent hair dyeThe permanent hair dye is easy to apply and use. It has a lovely brown colour and the shade is spot on what I needed. I recommend it for people who colour their hair at home . It is definitely a product I would use again

AWFUL. TURNED MY HAIR ORANGE AND DRUAvoid this hair dye. Turned my hair orange not mocaccomo brown!! I was fuming!!! had to go get the L’Oréal dark brunette one and had to redo all the process in the same day coz I couldn’t go out my home looking like a gingerbread man on trip. DRIED MY HAIR TOO . What an awful produc .

Very impressedThis was my first time trying this new hair dye out & I must say I'm well impressed. The colour i used was dark chocolate brown. The best !Received as a member of the Garnier Community in exchange for my honest review.

Include :
* Pot, wooden spatula for mixing,
* A colourant and developer B sachets,
* Silk and shine conditioner Shea butter,

Colour:
6.0 Mochaccino Brown.

In my opinion:
Recently, many hair dyes have caused me allergies, but this one is quite gentle on my sensitive skin. Pleasant fragrance. These are almost the only permanent hair dyes that have suited me.

It is very simple and easy to use :
first, I did a patch test for 48 hours to make sure that it is safe for me to use. After the testing time, I mixed the Colourant and developer sachets together with the spatula, which were added in the same pot that contained everything needed for dye. I started from the roots to the ends. I kept for about 45 minutes. To my surprise, it evened out the colour, even the ends of my hair, which were very dark. After rinse, I used a nourishing care enriched with shea butter.
The result is excellent.

From now on, I will always choose only these hair dyes.

Cruelty free.

Fabulous colour, soft hairThank you so much to Garnier community for sending me this GOOD hair dye to try . My hair looks GORGEOUS! And my greys have gone.

The dye is a vegan, made of 90% natural ingredients, no ammonia, no silicones, no alcohol, and 45% less plastic. You mix it in the tub it comes in, no plastic bottles! Plus, the shea butter conditioner is gorgeous!

However, I do have to note there are some pros and cons to the new packaging.

Pros:
* easier to recycle more elements
* no squeezing the bottle hard to get every last bit out
* works just as well as other dyes despite being more natural and more recyclable

Cons
*Stiring the formula is actually quite hard work (especially as a chronically ill person!)
* it runs out a bit quicker. I need two pots of any dye because of my long hair but if you usually just get away with one, you might not with this.
