History: Hawkstone wines are made with grapes grown in the heart of the Napa Valley, long regarded as the epicenter of the golden era of California wine.

Vinification: Some of the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and the rest in French oak barrels to produce a wine with well-integrated tannins and a silky, juicy mouthfeel. The wine is aged in French oak, 40% new.
