Ingredients

Active ingredients: Alkyl (C12-16) Dimethylbenzyl Ammonium Chloride (ADBAC/BKC (C12-C16)) 0.255 (w/w%), Didecyldimethylammonium Chloride (DDAC) 0.255 (w/w%), 2-Phenoxyethanol 0.35 (w/w%) per 100g of liquid, Non-active ingredients: <5% Non-Ionic Surfactants, <5% Cationic Surfactants, Parfum (Linalool)

Preparation and Safety

How to use: Spray downwards 2-3 times on to the surface. Wipe with clean cloth + allow to dry. No need to rinse. Use on kitchen worktops, including sinks, hobs, ovens, walls and cabinets. Use in the bathroom around sinks, toilet seats, baths and shower screens. For disinfection, leave for 5 minutes before wiping. For tough dirt, leave for a few minutes before wiping clean. In case of uncertainty, test on a small area of the surface. Not suitable for use on marble, unwaxed vinyl and unfinished wood, varnished or painted surfaces. Not for personal hygiene.

Be wary of this productI used this product to clean my bedside cupboard, I was suprised how clean it left the surface, better than bleaching it. This made me suspicious of this liquid. I researched the main ingredient, Benzalkconium Chloride. This chemical was developed in America, where attempts where made by the appropriate bodies to ban it. This failed, for reasons that will take too long to include. Because of the chemical's, so called, steralising and purifying application it is now has medical, industrial and domestic use in the UK and around the world, although legally restricted in some more enlightened countries. It is toxic, I advise that if you continue to buy this spray to at least look up the history of Benzalkconium Chloride especially the early response to its use in America.

It stains. Be careful using on tiles and groutSmells lovely, makes the house smell nice and cleans well. That said, it has left pink stains on some of my bathroom tiles and grout, so be careful and make sure you really rinse it off if using to clean white tiles or grout. It's also stained a bit of white silicone. My bathroom is only 8 months old and some of it is now pink!
